Code of Conduct

The following ‘Code of Conduct’ relates to all activities performed by LARA Media Group, its brands, partners, and other third-party entities that LARA Media Group enters into contractual partnerships.

Free of Discrimination/Harassment Guidelines

All projects undertaken by LARA Media Group are to be performed in the most professional manner, free of any form of discrimination or harassment.

Every individual working with/for LARA Media Group is to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

Any inappropriate conduct including or related but not limited to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, skin color, body weight, height and shape, religious views, ancestry, age, marital status, disabilities or any other forms of self-expression will not be tolerated.

Partners’ Guideline

LARA Media Group expects all of its partners and third parties to be straightforward in their communications towards equal-employment opportunities, and strict anti-harassment policies at work.

In some instances, LARA Media Group might request copies of such policies.

Shooting Guidelines

All video, photos, and shooting sessions for LARA Media Group are to be performed only by authorized professionals and only in pre-approved environments.

Disrespectful and/or inappropriate conduct toward participants, including or related but not limited to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, skin color, body weight, height and shape, religious views, ancestry, age, marital status, disabilities, or any other forms of self-expression will not be tolerated.

Irrespective of their sex or age, no models should be left alone with a photographer, make-up artist, or any other 3rd parties cooperating in the LARA Media Group shooting sessions.

Photographers and videographers are not allowed to shoot any participating members, other than as previously requested by LARA Media Group. All participants in a photo or video shoot must act professionally and refrain from harassment of any kind.

Modeling Guidelines

All models shooting for LARA Media Group must be at least 18 years old. All work performed during a photo or video shoot must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to wage and hour, immigration, and labor.

In a situation of special shooting sessions with under 18 subjects, the providing modeling agency must ensure full compliance with any applicable, local, and child labor laws.

Private dressing spaces will be made available to everyone appearing in LARA Media Group shooting sessions.

LARA Media Group strictly prohibits – irrespective of the subject’s age – the consumption of illegal drugs and alcohol on the premises of a shoot.

All subjects participating in the photoshoot must arrive and remain free of the influence of illegal drugs, and/or alcohol while on the shoot premises.

Creativity & Aesthetic Guidelines

While LARA Media Group maintains strict control over the brand’s image, aesthetic, and creative decisions, any concerns of any participating subject, their agent, or any other third parties involved will be given the utmost consideration, such as the amount of skin exposure, etc.

Under no circumstances, the participating subject should be forced to expose more than they feel comfortable with.

Unacceptable Conduct

Offensive comments, slurs, and/or epithets including or related to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, skin color, body weight, height and shape, religious views, ancestry, age, marital status, disabilities, or any other forms of self-expression.

Any form of physical threats and/or assaults.

Use and display of obscene and/or pornographic material.

Any advances, propositions, contact, or activities related to sex.

Any suggestion, direct or implied, that submission to or rejection of sexual advances will affect an individual’s ability to perform services for the shoot or any other LARA Media Group project.

All concerns regarding any kind of inappropriate conduct occurring during the photoshoot must be reported to the LARA Media Group representative immediately.
