Discover and rank
Relevant conversations enter a ranked queue. A 100-point score shows the words and signals behind each priority, so reviewers can check why a thread matters.
Social listening / Community / SaaS
LARA launched ChimeHound in January 2026 to find relevant brand conversations, explain which ones deserve attention, hold risky threads and prepare replies from approved facts. A person posts every reply.

The opportunity
Questions, comparisons and requests for recommendations can become buried in a stream of mentions. The opportunity was to turn discovery into a reviewable queue: explain relevance, flag sensitive threads and help a person prepare an accurate response.
The approach
Relevant conversations enter a ranked queue. A 100-point score shows the words and signals behind each priority, so reviewers can check why a thread matters.
Threads involving likely minors or sensitive topics are held for review. Brand-specific facts and controls bound what can go into a reply draft.
Separate brand workspaces, recorded decisions and deletion and suppression controls support teams managing multiple brands. Posting remains a human action.
What we built
Results through 5 October 2026
Source: LARA internal reporting, confirmed by LARA’s owner on 5 October 2026. Launch: January 2026. Post and reply counts cover launch through 5 October; paying brands and monthly recurring revenue are the position on that date. $4,524 MRR implies a $54,288 annualised recurring-revenue run rate, not revenue already earned. Figures are owner-reported and have not been independently audited. Revenue figures do not establish profitability.
