Brand voice · Locked facts · Editor approval

The opportunity

The last read was becoming the weakest step.

AI helped teams produce drafts faster, but the final edit still had to protect the brand’s voice, factual qualifiers, numbers, quotes, links and formatting. HumaniseFlow focused on that last read rather than writing from scratch.

The approach

Position the product. Protect the facts. Keep the editor in control.

01

Define the position

LARA reviewed 16 competitors across 39 sources and positioned HumaniseFlow around the final editorial pass: house voice, protected facts and a visible approval decision.

02

Build the editorial controls

A lock list protects numbers, quotes, qualifiers, product names, links and formatting. Small explained suggestions receive a second combined check, then an editor approves the exact final version.

03

Create distinct brand voices

Profiles combine approved articles, written rules, preferred and banned phrases, and calibration with the editor. Agencies keep each client’s voice, permissions and material separate.

What we built

A clear position. A recognisable voice. A route to growth.

  • Product positioning and the HumaniseFlow name

  • Editor sign-off and WordPress-ready output
  • Transparent article-based plans and US$149 voice setup
  • A visual launch site and worked agency examples
  • Agency onboarding, client workspaces and branded review reports

The final edit · same facts, fewer words

80 words become 48.

AI draft · 80 words

In today's fast-paced world, cold brew has emerged as a game-changing way to enjoy coffee at home. It is important to note that the process itself is remarkably simple and accessible. Steep 100 g of coarsely ground coffee in 1 litre of cold water for 12 to 18 hours. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that cold brew may taste flat if the beans are very dark. Moreover, you should store it in the fridge and use it within two weeks.

Cold brew is almost too easy. Steep 100 g of coarsely ground coffee in 1 litre of cold water for 12 to 18 hours. That's it. It may taste flat if the beans are very dark. Then store it in the fridge and use it within two weeks.

40% fewer words. The quantities, timing, qualifier and storage limit remain unchanged.

Editorial team results

Less review time. More capacity.

An agency publishing 2,600 articles a month

Final review fell from 12 minutes to under 3 minutes per article across 14 client voices. The agency added four retainers without hiring another editor.

Protected medical wording

Qualifiers, safety notes and figures stayed unchanged across 40,000 articles. Drafts with factual problems returned to the client’s fact-checkers instead of being polished over.

A SaaS brand’s house voice

A profile built from 20 approved posts guided the refresh. Articles improved by an average of six positions, and organic demo requests rose 38% over a quarter.
